Cava elaborated following the traditional method and aged for 18 to 30 months. Residual sugar of 0-2gr / lt.
The aromas are changing and appearing in the glass ripe and candied fruits (baked apple, peach), and notes of aging (vanilla).
The palate is broad and structured, with very thin bubbles. End of elegant and distinguished mouth.
Perfect for all kinds of fish, seafood, meat with soft sauces and desserts.
