Straw yellow color, bright.
The changing aromas that appear in the glass and evoke ripe and candied fruits (baked apple, quince, peach) with notes of aging (fine pastry, vanilla).
The palate is broad and structured, with bubbles exploding softly on the tongue. End of elegant and distinguished mouth.
Ideal for all types of fish, 7ºC meat with soft sauces and desserts.
Grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
